Unexpected kindness during a tough stay
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a complimentary glass of Prosecco. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. Breakfast was a feast, featuring a delightful chocolate torte and an array of fresh fruits. The serene spa and pool area provided the perfect opportunity to unwind. Our room was impeccably clean with a wonderfully soft bed that made for restful nights.
We experienced a somewhat noisy disturbance from a celebratory event one evening, which was a minor inconvenience during our otherwise wonderful stay. the mixed-gender sauna experience felt uncomfortable, as there were moments of awkwardness.

I loved staying here because it was so easy to walk to Regina Maria Park just a little over 2 km away for a relaxing stroll. The vibrant Piata Victoriei was only about 4 km from the hotel, making it perfect for a leisurely city exploration.

Had an awesome stay! The spa and pool area were so relaxing. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast spread was a highlight too! Just be prepared for some noise from events at night.

Noise from events like weddings can be a real problem, disturbing the peace at night and making it tough to catch some sleep. The smart lighting system in the room requires some getting used to, while the lack of a heated pool is disappointing for colder weather. the breakfast variety leaves something to be desired compared to what you might expect from a high-end hotel.

The Superior King Room was super comfy, with a soft bed and effective air con, making it a cozy retreat. I loved the high cleanliness standard. The free spa access was a nice bonus. The light control system felt a bit odd at first, but overall, the room was well-appointed. Just keep in mind it can get a bit noisy with events happening nearby.
